Do you coach triathletes who struggle with swimming?

Yes — that’s one of my specialties.

Many of my athletes come to me with fear, inexperience, or gaps in their swim background.

I’ll help you move from “just surviving the swim” to owning it.

We’ll start where you are and build confidence, technique, and strength — step by step.

Can you help me prepare for an open-water race?

Definitely. I’ll guide you through open-water simulation drills, sighting techniques, and strategies to reduce anxiety and boost performance in race conditions.

Do I need access to a pool?

It’s ideal, but not required every week.

I’ll work with whatever resources you have — and we’ll adjust based on travel, pool access, or weather.

How do I follow the workouts?

All swim sessions are delivered through TrainingPeaks, where you’ll see your daily workouts, drills, and notes.

It’s simple to follow, whether you swim in a pool or open water.

How often do I need to swim per week?

It depends on your goals, but most athletes start with 2–3 swim sessions per week.

We’ll customize the volume and frequency to your life and race calendar.
