Both. I tailor your program to your current level — whether you're just getting started or training around a demanding endurance schedule.

Can I train in-person with you?

If you’re local to Spokane, Washington — yes! Otherwise, we’ll train virtually with full support, videos, and form guidance.

Do I need equipment at home?

Not necessarily. I’ll work with what you have — from bodyweight to bands, dumbbells, or gym access. You’ll get creative, effective programming either way.

What if I’ve been injured or have limitations?

No problem. I design workouts around your body, not against it. Safety and longevity are top priorities.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the level of coaching and support you’re looking for.
